Origin Red Rocks
The 123 room hotel, debuted in the summer of 2018, is located in the foothills of the Rocky Mountains in beautiful Golden, Colorado. The hotel - designed by award-winning Tryba Architects - is a new development that offers an authentic Colorado experience while being the official hotel of Red Rocks Amphitheatre.
Opened July 2019. The 120 room hotel is located in The Summit at Fritz Farm, the premier retail and lifestyle center in the heart of Lexington. The Summit at Fritz Farm is a finely curated mixed-use destination offering over 300,000 square feet of retail, 48,000 square feet of Class A office space, 306 luxury apartments, and Origin Lexington.
Opened Summer 2020. This 126 room curated hotel is located in the heart of downtown Raleigh, North Carolina between Glenwood South and the Warehouse District. The 7 story hotel features an active, pedestrian location at the base of Glenwood Avenue and is part of a mixed-use development known as One Glenwood. The site borders Union Station and is a short walk away from all the best restaurants/bars in the area.
Opening Fall 2020
The 125 room hotel will be located in the new downtown Westminster which is a high-density, urban scale mixed use area developing by the City of Westminster on 105 acres along U.S. 36. Downtown Westminster will be a true, vibrant urban center along Colorado’s Front Range; complete with retail, office, and condo/apartment dwellings.
The 120 room, 5 story hotel is located in the heart of the Mueller's district, a mixed use community located in Austin, TX. The hotel was designed by Lake Flato and Lusk Architecture to fit into its surrounding urban context, and will be LEED-Silver and have Austin Energy Green Building three-star certification.

A truly historic renovation, Hotel Morgan has been a part of the community since 1925. With 83 rooms 2 spacious suites, grand ballroom, and onsite cocktail bar, we took every opportunity to restore historical elements and details of the building. Centrally located in downtown Morgantown the home of West Virginia University.
The Artesian Residences
The Artesian is a Class “A” upmarket condominium development in downtown Memphis, Tennessee overlooking the Mississippi River. The Thrash Group acquired this 16-story tower in 2014 and immediately enlisted Flick Mars, the renowned design firm, to completely reimagine the property. The 143 residences were nearly sold out within 12 months. The Artesian now stands as an iconic structure on the south end of Memphis.
Hotel Tupelo is an independent boutique hotel located in historic downtown Tupelo, MS. 80 spacious and urban inspired guest rooms combine sophisticated design with modern comfort and a touch of refined southern charm. The Admiral Hotel
The Admiral Hotel, a historic boutique hotel, is conveniently located in the middle of downtown Mobile, Alabama. Originally constructed in 1940 as Admiral Semmes Hotel, this 12-story landmark has now been converted by The Thrash Group into a masterpiece art deco inspired Curio Collection by Hilton.
The Campbell House
Nestled in the heart of horse country, The Campbell House Lexington, Curio Collection by Hilton combines exceptional service, modern amenities and rich history with classic elegance. The hotel was built in 1951 but The Thrash Group underwent a multimillion-dollar renovation creating an updated property with plenty of new features. Touted as one of the finest hotels in Kentucky, The Campbell House offers award-winning dining and impeccable Southern charm.
The Chancellor Hotel, formerly named The Cosmopolitan, involved a purchase from the FDIC, New Market Tax Credits, and a complete redevelopment of an existing hotel from top to bottom. The property was acquired in 2011 and the complete renovation of the hotel was completed in less than a year. The Chancellor was re-opened as a sleek and modern 210 room full-service hotel in downtown Fayetteville.
